Please join us for a half or a full day of practice

Full day: 11am – 4pm
Morning: 11am – 12:30
Afternoon: 1:30 – 4pm

Saturday practices are designed for those:
  • who lack discipline in practicing on their own
  • are keen on longer challenging practice
  • who wish to share experience in group practice
  • are willing to contribute voluntarily to community care
Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike are welcome.  Instructions is given when needed only in the morning session.  At least 3 sittings will be conducted, as well as the eight form of moving meditation.
On the 2nd Saturday of each month, our teacher Gou Gu, will deliver a Ch’an talk with Q&A between 3:00pm and 4:00pm.
On other Saturdays, group discussion on a chosen topic, sharing our experiences or reading from Sheng Yen Book will be conducted.
This programme is ideal preparation for a retreat.
Please bring lunch enough to share
